Panic attacks are rather terrorizing and frightening circumstances but fortunately it is harmless chapters. It can happen to a person whom has been constantly exposed to a particular events and that has caused the panic attack to be triggered. It can reach its peak very fast and evaporate over a short period of time.

They are many version or way a person may feel when they are having a panic attack, for instance – some may feel that they are dying or maybe having an heart attack, suffocating or even hear voices within their mind and they will seek immediate action to remove or get out from that situation. People suffer from panic attack can suffer emotionally and experience anxiety-based illnesses.

When someone has had a panic attack, they can develop a sense of irrational phobia’s or fear of something which does not exist. And then they will try to avoid that. The tension will develop to a level where the individual will unable to carry out the normal duty as usual. This disorder may cause different results to the age level of people whom experience it. Example for younger children may results in their grades declining, decreased in school attendance and avoiding mixing with other students. But if this went untreated, as they grow up become teens, this will further develop to suicidal tendency and substance abuse i.e. Drugs etc.
