What is anxiety and phobias?

Suddenly you found your heart beats not in a regular pace, your palms started to get wet and you begin to tremble. These physical signs are reaction to an unknown danger that puts your whole body into an alert of something.

But if that all happens with a fear feeling of yours when knowing in reality that there is no or little danger , for example if you are on a ship cruise or train, then the real cause of the effect are anxiety.

Anxiety is a cheat, a cunning slick feeling that makes people think that they are in danger when actually in reality they are not. Extreme anxiety is part of the factor that leads to panic attack. It’s about 19 million of Americans have illogical fears which is also called in another word phobias that brings on anxiety.

They can and will fear or afraid of anything even to the smallest scenario things that happen around them. With this aspect, people with such fear in their mind would respond to anything that could trigger to their anxiety feeling and would feel increasingly uncomfortable with the surroundings.

When such fear interrupts in our daily chores and life, then the only remedy can be said is the truth. But all facts alone are just not enough, you will need to overcome your anxiety by focusing on the present and the staying positive to it.

Do not indulge the feeling of ‘what if’ effect. It will not be easy, but taking small steps daily to practice this can create positive results in long term as this not a short term solution. Medication is also not the only answer for this illness.

You need to create the type of balance lifestyle to beat the disorder step by step. Lifestyle including, reading positive materials, eating properly, exercise, practicing yoga, making peace with oneself and also accepting the actual trust as it is and not creating another form of illusion or virtual scenario that is which not happening.
