Panic Attacks Symptoms


The symptoms of panic attack may include the following experiences.
A terror feeling of intense fear and phobia, those whose experience this will feel as if it is real thing that is happening around them. They feel such great fear that they might think they are going to die or something really bad is going to happen to them.

Trouble breathing or very fast breathing, suddenly you will feel as if you cannot breathe at all. Stay calm when this symptom emerges. Like mentioned in the panic attack treatment, you can take charge of the beginning of the attack by controlling the way you breathe. Slowly and gradually.

Chest pain or tightness, this can be slight a grey area. Some would mistaken this for heart attack and rush to hospital emergency room. What you can do is, first to stay calm and relax, and if the pain still persist immediately visit the nearest hospital or clinic for further medical check up. For those who has the history of heart attack more over. 

This is not be taken lightly. This include other heart attach related symptoms like sweating, heartbeat that races and not regular.

Nausea or an upset stomach and numbness or tingling.

The cause of the panic attack can be vary and depending on the person. Some people have the fear of being in the crowd, standing in line or even going into a dark place or room. The reason of this panic attack is of not being able to escape, that which the problem is called agoraphobia. It is so bad, that some people dare not leave their homes and stay inside for a long period of time. This also tend to lead them to depression over the period of time. And most of the time, you wouldn't know when the panic attack will come. 

Symptoms of the panic attacks that commonly known to be are.

Sense of something is going bad going to happen.

Terrible fear of sudden death or loss of something.

Sweating heavily.

Abdominal cramping. 

Chest pain.

Headache.

Dizziness.

Faintness.

Tightness in you throat.
