Causes of Panic Attack




Although continuous research is being carried out to identify the cause of panic attack, the cause of this symptoms and trauma is many and vary among the individuals. There are evidence that says panic attack is an inherited disease, but however there is also evidence that panic attacks can be initiated by healthy people simple by the certain condition of circumstances.

There is no concrete proof or evidence says that nutritional deficiencies like zinc, magnesium are the causes or the risk factors to panic attack. Certain sources said that food additives like aspartame, alone or in combination with food dyes are only suspected to play a role in the development of panic attacks in certain people. It is that more research is needed to understand their role in this disease.

People whom experience repeated panic attacks and who meet other diagnostic criteria may be diagnosed with this illness. In more common related causes of this disorder are also appears to be connected with major life transitions like graduating from college and entering the real work world, getting married and starting a new life, severe stress, divorce and other major life turning point events, as much it is also caused by medical conditions and other physical causes that you might need to seek professional medical advices.
